Pride
I feel as though the NGPD will pretty much be dead until the "new whistle" system is implemented. Not saying this to be negative, it's just tough to maintain a group when the primary focus of the group is dead (i.e. teaching users to use their whistles and voting power responsibly). With the unintentional competition from the EGB, it makes it an even tougher situation.
I'd like to see the NGPD restored one of these days though, as long as it still serves it's true purpose.
